Do I need an account to make a purchase?

We do not require customers to register an account with us before making a purchase, but there are benefits to doing so. Creating an account allows you to easily track orders, make wishlists of items, store your credit card information, and in some cases may get you access to special pricing. Registering for an account is easy, simply fill out the create an account page and you'll be on your way.

Do you have these items in stock?

We do our utmost to keep all stock information on the site up to date. However, we are not just a webstore, we're a brick and motor business that sells directly to customers across the US. Very occasionally something will sell out before we've had time to update the online inventory. If that happens, we will automatically refund the purchase to you.

Can I return items I've purchased? How?

Of course! You can start the return process by emailing asm@asmenterprise.com or calling us at 1-847-802-0234. Please include your order number and contact information in the email or have it ready if you are calling. The whole process is outlined in full in our Return Policy along with answers to frequently asked questions about returns.

Do you share the information you receive when I register an account?

Absolutely not. The information you enter is for our company use only and will never be sold or given to third parties. We take your privacy and security very seriously. If you'd like to know more about the details, our Privacy Policy has more information including use of cookies on this website.

My order was damaged during shipping, what do I do?

If you haven't signed for it yet, don't! Refuse the shipment for damage and let us know. In the far more likely event that you're reading this page after signing for your delivery, email us right away at asm@asmenterprise.com with your order number and details on the damage. We'll help you out.

Do I have to order through the webstore?

You do not. You can call us at 1-847-802-0234 to place an order over the phone or email us at asm@asmenterprise.com to request a quote. While we recommend you go through the webstore, if you're placing a custom order or have special instructions phone or email may make more sense.

Are you in Korea? There's an awful lot of mentions of Korea on your site.

Advanced Sales & Maintenance is headquartered out of Rolling Meadows, IL in the United States. We specialize in importing parts and accessories for Korean built machine tools from Korean manufacturing companies, but we are an American company ourselves.
